David Callaghan (aka Hilda)

After a 15-year career in clean energy startups focused on Business Development & Management, David founded Hilda Management late in 2023 to pursue his passion in supporting emerging artists.

His journey into the art world began in 2020, during the pandemic, when he discovered the rapidly growing digital art world. Immersing himself in the community, he soon took on a key role managing ThankYouX’s Discord and community relations. This led to working with his good friend, the rising artist tjo, where he helped grow tjo's community from zero to over 2,000 members. It was through these experiences that David found his passion for working with artists to helping grow their careers.

Now in 2025, Hilda Management is a fully-operational artist management company representing an incredible roster of talent from around the world and across a range of artistic disciplines.
